Photographed a few weeks ago behind the gates of a parking lot, the Mini Aceman finally shows up on the road. This small 4.05 m long model will be placed in the range of the English manufacturer under the Mini Countryman and will only be entitled to 100% electric engines.
The Mini Aceman was only a concept car until recently, it is now a real model whose development is done at no cost. This model will be unveiled in its final version in 2023 for marketing in early 2024.
If the logo of the English brand adorns its hood, it is in China where production will be located. Indeed, for this model, Mini has teamed up with Great Wall Motor, a Chinese partner. Before the Mini brand goes all-electric in 2030, the electric offer will continue to expand (an unprecedented 3-door Mini using batteries is expected for 2023) alongside an offer of combustion engine vehicles and hybrids like the new Mini Countryman which arrives next year. The latter should also be available in electricity.
This Mini Aceman should have an electric offer of between 180 and 240 hp with a maximum range of 400 km. It intends to seduce brand lovers with a curvaceous style, good habitability, and high performance.
